The food here is amazing. The chorizo dip is a must have. Staff is friendly, efficient, and downright good at their jobs. A 5 star is hard to earn, they deserve it.

Salsa is good.. I ended up paying over 14$ for a piece of meat that was barely edible.. There was soooo much fat on my steak it truly altered the taste.

Food was highly unseasoned and not flavorful. The employees were nice enough but the core of a restaurant is the food and this food was so bland that I will NOT be returning. The water had a odd tang and the flavored alchohol beverages tasted like pure salted limes. Again staff great , food not so much.

Listennnnn!!! Unmatched authentic Mexican food, margaritas and service. Haven't had this spot in about two years since we moved, but our server made us feel extra special EVERYTIME! He knew where we wanted to sit and what we were drinking! Haven't found a Mexican restaurant to date that beats this one! Cant wait to have a margarita pitcher again!

I love the food here. Try the fajitas, pollo loco, and pollo asado. I'm not sure about the margaritas because I never order one. They are closed on Sunday.

The waiter was cordial inviting and charming the food was the freshest, homemade Mexican food I've ate in years and years. Can't wait to go back and the wait wasn't bad at all. He said it would take 5 to 7 mins on my order and it took 8 1/2

There are a couple of little Mexican places on the East Side, but this is the place we normally go to. It almost always has good food and the building itself has housed Mexican restaurants for years. If you're looking for a decent experience, then this is your choice on this side of town. However, if you're not in a hurry I would suggest going to the west side of town to get food. El Vaquero or Los Vaqueros or even El Maya (much more expensive usually) are typically better choices for food. However, I will say that if you are looking to drink, then this place is great. I've never gotten a margarita here that left me wanting. They pack it with tequila every time it seems. That contrasts with places like Smoke & Fire, where the last few times I ordered a margarita I had to ask my wife if I ordered a virgin and didn't realize it.

The best margaritas on the Eastside of Albany. The building is a little small. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

If you haven't eaten at La Fuente, you are missing the opportunity to be treated like family and to enjoy the best Mexican food and delicious margaritas you will ever taste!

I came to the door at 10 knowing that they close at 10:30. When I got there I was walking to the door and one of the servers ran to the door and locked the door in my face! All I wanted was to go, not to sit in! I Wanted to try this place for the first ever BUT I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS

Now I have been to my fair share or Authentic Mexican Restaurants but oh my word is this one amazing! Easily in the top 5 and I've lived in Mexico for a little bit. Great price for how much you get and how great it is and they had our order and appetizer out within minutes and it tasted so fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. If you are debating about eating here or somewhere else to go let me save you some time and tell you just go here now!

Ordered fajitas for 2. It tasted like something in it was spoiled.They made me pay full price even though we only took a bite apiece. I really would not eat here again. I've been eating here for 20 years. It's a shame the way it is run now
